Ali MacGraw
Elizabeth Alice MacGraw better known as Ali MacGraw is an award-winning American actress, model, writer and animal rights activist. Love Story (1970), Goodbye Columbus '69 and The Getaway 72 are among her most famous movies. Her family was an artist family in New York and wanted to pursue a career in art. She started as a photographic assistant and then moved on to modeling and acting. In her first two films her name was acknowledged and won the Golden Globe Award as Most Promising Young Actress. MacGraw quickly became famous after the 1970 hit film Love Story. She was selected for the Academy Award and won a Golden Globe. MacGraw was deemed the top female box-office actress in the globe after just three releases. In 1972, the Grauman's Chinese Theater signed her name with handprints, foot prints and handprints in 1972. Additionally, to The Getaway Convoy Players she played a part in the tv series The Winds of War. In 1991, her autobiography Moving Pictures came out. MacGraw was married three occasions.
