Ina Garden is a famous American cookbook writer who has won Emmy Awards. She is the host of the longest-running Food Network program, Barefoot Contessa. The series began in 2002. It is scheduled to air for another 27 years. Ina started her career as a writer at the White House, writing the nuclear energy budget and policy documents. In the beginning, she found her work to be intellectually stimulating, but eventually lost interest and purchased a tiny grocery store that was known as Barefoot Contessa. Before selling the business it took her an entire 18 years transforming it into the most successful shop. Numerous other books as well as magazines followed. Her Food Network television program also began and rapidly gained popularity. The range of products includes appliances for kitchens to ingredient as well as storage containers. Ina was never to any cooking school and has not worked in restaurants. She is self-taught. Her easy-going approach to entertaining and her easy cooking style is well-known.
