Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise, an American writer and actress, best known for portraying Ginger Grant on the television show Gilligan's Island in 1960s. In the 1950s, she started her professional career as an actor on stage in Bettle Davis' show Two's Company. After that, she acted on Broadway in various shows until the year 1957, when Li'l Abner became famous at the National Theatre. The same year, she debuted her debut music album called It's Tina Time. Louise debuted as a performer in Hollywood in God's Little Acre a drama that was released in the year 1958. She performed the role of Griselda, a character in the film. Louise enrolled in Actors Studio, New York at the time, and later became Lee Strasberg's student. Her next memorable role came from 1964, when she enrolled with CBS to portray Ginger Grant in 1964. Louise Balfour managed to move between Broadway as well as Hollywood acting as a sombre character against her famous image as the glamorous model. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. SG-1 and for her role as Helen Magnus in Sanctuary although during the past couple of years she's also earned her name as a successful director in several well-known television series like Supernatural and The 100. Born on the 28th of August, 1965 in Essex. As a young girl, 3, her family moved her to Toronto in Canada where she spent throughout her early years. Samantha Carter was chosen in 1997 for the role, and has remained there ever since.
